I did not receive my code during sign up. Where can I find it?

Please check your email's spam folder. If you are still unable to locate the sign up email from PouchPASS, kindly contact support@pouchpass.com and provide the email address you used during sign up.


Why can’t I log in?

Kindly make sure that you are logging in to your PouchPASS Monitor App with a correct and registered email address and password.

 


Why can’t I pair my PouchBAND?

To successfully pair your PouchBAND, make sure your wireless connection is enabled, check if you have selected the correct accessory ID during pairing, and  if you have entered the correct temperature accessory number. 

 


Where do I find my accessory number and/or QR code?

The temperature accessory ID and QR code is located on the back side of your beacon.

 

How can I pair my PouchBAND?

To pair your PouchBAND, go to settings. Click on the ‘accessory’ and select ‘Enter accessory ID’. A prompt will then appear where you can manually enter the accessory ID. 

 

What if I forgot my password?

You may reset your password by visiting hub.pouchpass.com. Just enter your registered email address and reset your password.

 

Do I have to fill out all the information during registration?

No. The registration fields are not required but you would have to answer at least one field to complete the registration process. 

 

How do I know if my accessory is already connected?

On the Monitor Tab, you will see the accessory status on the upper right corner. Green check means the wristband is being worn and connected, Blue Dotted circle means 


 

How do I know the battery level of my PouchBAND?

Once the PouchBAND is connected to the app via wireless connection, the user may view the battery level on the Battery Status section under Monitor Tab of your PouchPASS Monitor App. 

 

How to know the status of my temperature?

You can view your temperature status on the PouchPASS Monitor App monitor tab. Temperature status may range from low, normal, low grade fever to high grade fever.

 


Why is my temperature is not available?


Monitor tab screen now lets you know when your accessory is undetected, not worn or when you removed your PouchBAND accessory. Kindly make sure that your battery is properly placed inside the beacon and is paired to your device to avoid disconnection and failed temperature readings from your PouchBAND and PouchPASS Monitor App.




How do I keep track of my temperature history?

You may check the Diary tab on the PouchPASS Monitor App to check your temperature history for the past 13 days.

 

How do I change the accessory linked to my PouchPASS Monitor App?

To change and link a different accessory, you may go to Settings of your PouchPASS Monitor App, click on the accessory and select “remove accessory”. To pair your new accessory, go to settings. Click on the ‘accessory’ and select ‘Enter accessory ID’. A prompt will then appear where you can manually enter the accessory ID. 

 

Can I change the temperature unit?

Yes, you may change the temperature unit by going to ‘Settings’ of your PouchPASS Monitor App. Click on the ‘Temperature Unit’ row and you may either select Celsius or Fahrenheit.

 

Why won’t my PouchBAND sync to my PouchPASS Monitor App?

There are several reasons why your PouchBAND is not synchronized to your PouchPASS Monitor App. 

  1. Check if your wireless connection is on.

  2. Check if you are connected to the internet

  3. Check if your battery is properly placed in the beacon

  4. Check if your PouchBAND still has enough battery

 

How to change my password of my PouchPASS account?

To change your password, go to ‘Settings’ on your PouchPASS Monitor App, click on ‘Password’ and enter your new password.

 

How can I edit my details on PouchPASS account?

To edit your details, go to ‘Settings’ on your PouchPASS Monitor App and then select ‘About you’ to change your account information.

 

Can I edit my emergency contact?

To edit your details, go to ‘Settings’ on your PouchPASS Monitor App and then select ‘About you’ to change your account information.

 

Why do I need to back up the cloud?

Backing up the cloud is the process of syncing and saving your temperature data. By doing this, you are allowing PouchPASS Monitor App to keep track of your temperature history which will be useful for later monitoring
