Why can’t I log in to the PouchPASS Dashboard?

Kindly make sure that you are logging in with a correct and registered email address and password. 



I forgot my password. What do I do?
You can reset your password by going to “hub.pouchpass.com” and click on “Forgot Password?”


Enter your registered email to receive a reset link
Click on the Reset Button Password

Enter your new password and click 'Reset Password' to save.


What are active and inactive users?

Active users are users who are wearing their PouchBAND and are continuously connected to their PouchPASS Monitor App or Gateway.

 

What is the fever trend showing?

The fever trend on the Overview Tab shows the number of people with fever within 7 days.

 

How do I add an area?

To add an area, just go to the ‘Area’ Tab and then click on ‘Add New Area’. Enter the area name, description as well as the gateway mac address assigned to that area.

 

How do I delete an area?

Click on the area name that you wanted to delete and then select the ‘Delete Area’  button.

 

How do I edit an area?

Click on the area name that you wanted to delete and then make all the necessary changes and then save.

 

How to view a user’s profile?

Go to the User’s Tab and hover over the username that you want to view. Select the ‘View Profile’ button to see the user information.

 

Can I delete a user? How?

Yes. Go to the User’s Tab and hover over the username that you delete. Select the ‘Delete’ button to remove the user.

 

Can I edit the user profile? How?

Go to the User’s Tab and hover over the username that you want to edit. Select the ‘View Profile’ button and then under the name and temperature, click on ‘Edit Profile’ to change the user information.

 

How do I log symptoms?

Go to the User’s Tab and hover over the username and then select the ‘View Profile’ button. Under symptoms, click on the ‘Log Symptoms’ button and then select all the symptoms the user is experiencing. You may also input your medical test result.

 

Can I delete symptoms? How?

Yes. Go to the user profile and hover over the symptoms that you wanted to delete. Select ‘Delete’ to remove previous symptoms.

 

How do I know if a user is active?

User accessory status can be seen on the User’s Tab just before the user name. Gray circle means the user is inactive while blue circle means the user is active.



 

How do I know the location in which the user is active?

Upon checking the user profile, you will automatically see the map and location of the active user.
