PouchPASS One Year Warranty Summary
PouchPASS offers a one-year warranty that warrants included hardware (PouchBAND Beacon) product against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of the original purchase. PouchPASS does not warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by accident or abuse. To obtain service email support@pouchpass.com available service options are dependent on the country in which the service is requested and maybe restricted to the original country of sale. Call charges and international shipping charges may apply, depending on the location. Subject to the full terms and detailed information on obtaining service available at https://pouchpass.com/legal/terms/, if you submit a valid claim under the warranty. PouchPASS may require proof of purchase in any warranty claim.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This Product Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Product that was purchased from our official sales channel and manufactured by or for PouchPASS that can be identified by PouchPass logo affixed to it. Without limiting the foregoing, the Product Warranty does not apply to (a) PouchBAND Silicone wristband, (b) any counterfeit PouchPASS products, (c) products that are, or PouchPASS reasonably believes to be, stolen, (d) consumables (such as batteries), or (e) software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the Product.
This Product Warranty does not apply to a Product or part of a Product that has been serviced, altered, refurbished or modified by anyone who is not authorized by PouchPASS, nor does it apply to any cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents. In addition, this Limited Product Warranty does not apply to damage or defects caused by (a) use with non-PouchPASS products; (b) accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) normal wear and tear or ageing of the Product such as discolourations or stretching; or (d) operating the Product (e) water damage (i) outside the permitted or intended uses described by PouchPass, (ii) not in accordance with instructions provided by Pouchpass.
PouchPASS will either repair or replace your PouchBAND Beacon only) at its own discretion. Warranty benefits are in addition torights provided under local consumer laws. You may be required to furnish proof of purchase details when making a claim under this warranty.
